If he ends up leaving the Green Bay Packers via free agency, wide receiver Romeo Doubs’ time with the club will be looked upon with mixed emotions.
The Packers selected the Nevada product in the fourth round of the 2022 draft. Given that mid-tier pedigree, his numbers with Green Bay — 202 receptions for 2,424 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns — represent some very solid value.
Yet, there will still be a lingering feeling that Doubs could have and should have been bigger than he was. Perhaps that will come true with a different team in 2026.
